    Prof. Kasaija Apuuli is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.

  • Ms. Elizabeth Mutunga

    Ms. Elizabeth Mutunga is a PhD Student at the University of Nairobi. She was formerly the Head of Governance, Peace and Security in COMESA and Coordinator of the Africa Peace and Security Architecture for COMESA and ECOSOCC.
